No address map was prepared as required by Article 170.0310 D.m. of the City <br /> Code. <br /> <br />2. The proposed plat does not show any park dedication. Therefore the developer <br /> will be subject to cash'payment in lieu of park dedication. <br /> <br />3. There are no improvements required for the plat. Therefore no performance <br /> bond is required. <br /> <br />We would recommend approval of the final Plat with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. An address map be provided or a variance be granted for this requirement. <br />2.
