Proposed agreement <br /> <br /> The Planning and Zoning Commission went through the .findings *of fact <br /> with Mr. Lindgren, the applicant, for the conditional use permit and <br /> Mr. Hunt who had voiced an objection to it by letter. In going through <br /> the findings of fact they pointed out to Mr. Lindgren certain prbblems. <br /> - <br /> The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the proposed conditional <br /> 'use agreement with the applicant Mr. Lindgren and the objector Mr. Paul <br /> Hunt. Hr. Lindgren stated there would not be more than three dogs main- <br />. tained on his premises and that he would comply with the City's p.ro- <br /> posed agreement. He was questioned about the barking dogs and he said <br /> it was not his dogs that were barking but a friends dog. He said the <br /> friend and his dog were moving out.
