ORDINANCE #81- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 130.01 KNOWN AS THE BUSINESS AND TRADE LICENSES <br />Ct]APTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 130.01 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 130.0117 entitled "Gasoline Sales" is hereby amended by the addition <br />of the following paragraph #8. <br /> <br />As a condition to obtaining a gasoline sales license, each <br />licensee shall make available to the public during the <br />licensee's hours of operation compressed air capable of being <br />used to inflate vehicle tires. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. CONFORMANCE <br /> <br />The requirement prescribed in Section 1 above shall be complied <br />with by existing licensees on or after the date said licensees <br />current gasoline sales license expires and a new gasoline sales <br />license will not be issued until proof of compliance is made. <br /> <br />Ail new gasoline sales license applicants shall show proof of <br />compliance with Section 1 of this ordinance prior to said license <br />being issued. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
