County Assessor Starkey <br />will check into this. <br />Council Action: None. <br /> <br />CASE #3: BOB MUELLER - CONTINUED <br /> <br />Motion by Cooncilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to leave the <br />valuation the same as last year; reduce the $446,300 valued parcel 5.1%; <br />other buldings leave the same as last year based on the following: 1. No <br />market comparable available in our commmuity, 2. Valuation far exceeds <br />building costs, 3. A buyer wouldn't pay market value if purchased at <br />present time. <br /> <br />CASE #7: AL KOENIG <br /> <br />Address: 14290 Sunfish Lake Boulevard, Ramsey, Mirmesota 55303 <br /> <br />Mr. Koenig came before the Council and stated there are 56 businesses in <br />the City of Ramsey that pay commercial taxes and 80% are not going to pay <br />commercial taxes this year. The City of Ramsey should consider working <br />with the commercial sector. <br />Council Action: None. <br /> <br />CASE #8: HARLAN J. FU6HS <br /> <br />Address: 16554 Quartz Street N.W., Anoka, Minnesota 55303 <br />Plat 89209, Parcel 9340-4 <br /> <br />Mr. Fuchs came before the Council and stated lot value is too high, <br />it is non-homesteaded low land and there is no road to it. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded~y Councilman Reimarm to abate 1980 <br />payable in 1981 taxes and also direct the City Assessor to review this parcel <br />and access it appropriately. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilman Cox, Councilman <br />Sorteberg, Councilman Reimann and Councilwoman Van Wagner. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />CASE #9: LORA G. HAMILTON <br /> <br />Address: 6615 Hwy. 10, N.W., Anoka, Minnesota 55303 <br />Plat 89324, Parcel 1400 <br /> <br />Ed Hamilton came before the Council and stated there are 13 acres <br />zoned commercial and that this property is not being used for commercial <br />pruposes and valued at $82,000. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to reduce <br />the land value by 10%, a $6,950.00 reduction. <br /> BoR/May 14, 1981 <br /> 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
