SECTION 3. SUMMARY <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance #16-4, which has been approved by the City Council <br />of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #16-4 to amend Ramsey, Minnesota City Code Section 2-159 to <br />clarify the role of the Environmental Policy Board, including review of certain land use applications, having <br />an active role in the comprehensive plan update process, and developing a work plan that is consistent with <br />the city's strategic plan and initiatives. <br />SECTION 4.
