Special Planning Commission <br />Meeting Date: 03/03/2016 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />3. 1. <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Review Second Preliminary Draft 2016 Planning Commission Work Plan <br />Purpose/Background: <br />At the December, 2015 Regular Planning Commission Meeting, the Planning Commission directed Staff to prepare <br />a Work Plan to outline desired policy analysis projects and workload needs. A first draft was reviewed by the <br />Planning Commission on February 4, 2016. Staff has prepared a list of known policy topics the Planning <br />Commission has previously directed Staff to complete, and attempted to provide initial priority to these projects. <br />The intent of the Work Session is to review with the Planning Commission items the Commission desires to add or <br />delete, and provide final prioritization of projects. A scoring matrix has been prepared based on scoring from the <br />first draft.
