We haVe reviewed the program and have
developed a concept program based on four stages:

Stage I:

Purchase existing north-south landing strip and
building area with 20:1 clear zones.

Stage II:

2800' paved with 20:1 approaches/clear zones.

Stage III:

3300' paved with 40:1 on 34, 20:1 on 16 or 2800
paved with 40:1 both ends

Stage IV:

3300' paved with 40:1 approaches.

Costs associated with each stage are based on 1986 costs and
include relocation expenses. They are yet subject to final review
but would approximate the following:

Stage I:
Stage II:
Stage III:
Stage IV:
Total:

$606,000
$1,225,000
$1,436,000
$2,061,000
$5,353,000

Obviously, we would like to see a minimal time lapse between Stages
I and IV, but the program does provide useable units for each of
the stages.

222.
