I is irritating when cities require it because if I only work in <br />the city once a year it more than doubles the cost my customer has to pay to get something done. Cut your spending <br />so you don't need the money and focus more on the residents needs. <br />9 <br />Rick, Katy and Ellen have been wonderful to work with. <br />10 <br />Better than most in the cities area.
