City of I,� <br />RAMSEY <br />March 17, 2016 <br />Honorable Mayor and City Council of Ramsey <br />7550 Sunwood Drive <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />Re: Feasibility Report - 2016 Street Maintenance Program Overlay Improvements <br />City of Ramsey Improvement Project No. 16-00, Division B <br />Dear Mayor and City Council Members: <br />Transmitted herewith is a Feasibility Report for the proposed 2016 Street Maintenance Program <br />Overlay Improvements, Improvement Project No. 16-00, Division B. <br />The report examines the feasibility of milling and overlaying 2 inches of bituminous pavement <br />measuring approximately 18,752 square yards in area on Sunwood Drive between Sunfish Lake <br />Boulevard and the bridge east of 147th Lane and west of Krypton Street, along with other necessary <br />appurtenant improvements. This segment of Sunwood Drive measures approximately 4,442 feet in <br />length. <br />This Feasibility Report provides a determination as to the necessity, feasibility and cost- <br />effectiveness of the proposed improvements by examining the scope of the improvements, <br />exploring estimated costs and available funding sources, defining a preliminary project schedule, <br />and determining whether the improvements should be completed as proposed or in connection <br />with another improvement. <br />I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this report with you at your convenience.
