7. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />This feasibility report explores proposed mill and overlay improvements to approximately <br />18,752 square yards of Sunwood Drive between Sunfish Lake Boulevard and the bridge east of <br />147th Lane and west of Krypton Street in the south-central area of the City of Ramsey. <br />This segment of Sunwood Drive is proposed to receive 2 inch bituminous mill and overlay <br />improvements, and associated appurtenant improvements as necessary and as outlined in this <br />report. <br />It is the recommendation of City staff that the improvements proposed with Division B of City <br />Improvement Project No. 16-00 are feasible, necessary, and cost-effective from an engineering <br />standpoint.
