They are: <br />1. Mobilization pay item missing. <br />2. A line item for cut/ fill to bring the subgrade to the base of the pavement section. There is <br />an item for subgrade preparation. MNDOT defines subgrade preparation as scarifying and <br />re -compacting the upper 6 inches of subgrade. It does not include cutting/ filling <br />operations. <br />3. A quantity for the pond outlet pipes that were to be installed with the grading package for <br />the entire plat. A quantity for these pipes was not included in the first phase estimate. <br />4. The proposal lists quantities for removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter and <br />sidewalk. The plans did not identify areas of curb or sidewalk to be replaced. <br />5. Check 6 foot concrete sidewalk quantity, it appears to be about 2,000 sf light. <br />6. Missing pay item for watermain lowering. <br />Please revise the proposal to address these items and resubmit. <br />
