Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #16-04-071 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF WOODLANDS 2" ADDITION WHEREAS, U.S. Home Corporation, dba Lennar Homes, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlots A & C, WOODLANDS (Subject Property) WHEREAS, on July 29, 2005, the City Council approved the Preliminary Plat for SWEETBAY RIDGE. WHEREAS, on April 30, 2014, the City of Ramsey received an application from Greatland Homes, LLC, Inc., for COUNTRY CLUB HILLS; and WHEREAS, on June 5, 2014, the Planning Commission conducted a Public Hearing on the Preliminary Plat for COUNTRY CLUB HILLS; and WHEREAS, under 4410.4300(19)(c )of the State of Minnesota Rules, an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) was prepared for Sweetbay Ridge in 2005; and WHEREAS, the City finds that there have been no significant changes to the proposed plat, and therefore an amended EAW is not required; and WHEREAS, on June 24, 2014, the City Council approved the Preliminary Plat; and WHEREAS, on July 28, 2015, at the request of the Developer, the City Council approved a plat name change to WOODLANDS; and WHEREAS, on February 17, 2016, the Developer submitted the Final Plat for WOODLANDS 2ND ADDITION. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to WOODLANDS 2ND ADDITION in accordance with relevant City Codes contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated April 7, 2016, and with the following contingencies: 1. Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. 2. Review and approval of construction plans by the City Engineer.
