Request by Mr. Allan Johnson for a conditional use permit to <br /> temporarily use a'mobile home for office space in an I-1 District <br /> and to sell automObiles in an I-1 District. <br /> <br /> 2. Request by River'S Bend Properties for preliminary plat approval for <br /> property in southeast corner of the City. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the regular meeting back to order at 7:36 p.m. <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPRO~VALOF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Chairman Peterson and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to approve the <br />agenda with the following addition: <br /> <br /> Case #6: Election of Planning and Zoning Commission Officers For 1985: <br />Motion carried.
