A discussion was held on the General Mills property and the
possibility of the airport being relocated on this site. The
present zoning of the propert~ ROS~was discussed.

Mr. Marston stated that the land use has to be legitimate, something
that can give the property owner a reasonable return.

It is the consensus of the Commission that this land should be zoned
R-1 i£ the airport does not relocate there.

Mr. Marston also stated that PUD's don't tell anything on the "Land
Use" or Zoning map.

It was the consensus that the UC zoning conflicts with ordinances
for the critical areas, and therefore this zoning will be deleted
since these areas are already protected by shoreland management and
septic system requirements.

The Urban Service line vas discussed and redefined.

Timing of sewer to certain areas was discussed and it was noted
that the dates in the sewer plan are inconsistent due to the fact
that they are constantly changing and being updated.

Mr. Marston commented regarding his billing~ There were no particular
questions raised at this time regarding the billing. He will review
the industrial materials and comment on this for the next meeting.

Adjournment - 9:45 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,

Arlene Peddycoart
Planning Secretary

WORKSHOP
P & Z
11/20/79
