PUBLIC HEARING - ROLAND ~OOYEN - PRELIMINARY PLAT <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the City of Ramsey's Planning <br />and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on October 1, 1979, at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Ben Deemer <br />John Hubbard <br />Kathy Schneider <br />Ron West <br />Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Adm. Schnelle <br />Engineer Raatikka <br /> <br />Acting Chairman Zimmerman called the hearing to order at 7:30 P.M. <br />Mr. Looyen was present to discuss his proposed platting.
