PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />II. PUBLIC HEARING - ALPACA ESTATES - PRELIMINARY PLAT <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the City of Ramsey's Planning and <br />Zoning Commission held a public hearing on October 1, 1979, at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Ben Deemer <br />John Hubbard <br />Kathy Schneider <br />Ron West <br />Gerald Zi~mmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Adm. Schnelle <br /> Engineer Raatikka <br /> <br />Acting Chariman Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 7:45 P.M. <br /> <br />Mr. Jarnes and his surveyor, Jeff Caine of Cai~ and O'Malley were present. <br /> <br />Engineer Raatikka reviewed~his report concerning this plat. <br /> <br />Discussion was held on the street parallel to Highway 10. Question <br />was raised whether Llama Street is a City street or not. <br /> <br />Engineer Raatikka explained that if it has been maintained by the City <br />for a period of seven (7) years or more it belongs to the City. <br />He stated that soil borings were only submitted for the vicinity of <br />Block 9 and therefore, they will need a variance on the rest of the plat. <br /> <br />There was no further citizen input. <br /> <br />Hearing closed at 7:58 P.M. <br /> <br />Respectfull ubmitted, <br /> <br />Arlene Peddycoart <br />Planning Secretary <br /> <br />Public Hearing - October 1, 1979 <br /> Planning & Zoning <br /> <br /> <br />
