CC Regular Session 4. 9. <br />Meeting Date: 05/10/2016 <br />By: Chris Anderson, Community <br />Development <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution # 16-05-088 Approving Receipt of Pedestrian and Bicycle Trail Easement in Woodlands 2nd <br />Addition <br />Purpose/Background: <br />As part of the approval of the plat known as Woodlands 2nd Addition, U.S. Home Corporation, dba Lennar, ( the <br />"Developer"), was to provide a trail easement to accommodate a bituminous trail connecting 159th Ave and <br />Traprock St. Attached to the case is the proposed Pedestrian and Trail Easement. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />The Developer is responsible for the initial construction cost for installation of the trail. Once accepted by the City, <br />maintenance and repair, as well as snow removal, will be the responsibility of the City (as is typical for all City <br />trails).
