Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #16-05-088 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONVEYANCE OF A PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE <br />TRAIL EASEMENT FROM U.S. HOME CORPORATION, DBA LENNAR, ON LOT 5, <br />BLOCK 2 WOODLANDS 2ND ADDITION. <br />WHEREAS, on February 17, 2016, U.S. Home Corporation, dba Lennar, submitted an <br />application for Final Plat for Woodlands 2nd Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 2016, the Ramsey City Council approved the Final Plat of <br />Woodlands 2'd Addition with contingencies including compliance with the Staff Review Letter <br />dated April 7, 2016; and <br />WHEREAS, U.S. Home Corporation, dba Lennar, has agreed to convey to the City of <br />Ramsey a Pedestrian and Bicycle Trail Easement. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the conveyance of a Pedestrian and Bicycle <br />Trail Easement from U.S. Home Corporation, dba Lennar, over a portion of Lot 5, Block <br />2 Woodlands 2nd Addition. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the loth day of May, 2016. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />
