City of Ramsey <br />Hunting Season 2015 <br />✓ 258 Total Hunting Permits Issued in 2015. <br />✓ 108 Locations in Ramsey were approved for hunting. <br />✓ 251 Deer Hunting Permits were issued. <br />■ 83 of them returned their surveys. <br />■ 73 total shots were taken. <br />■ 52 with Bow <br />■ 21 with Firearms <br />■ 45 deer were harvested. <br />■ 34 by Bow <br />■ 19 Females, 8 Males, 5 Female Fawns, 2 Male Fawns <br />■ 11 by Firearm <br />• 5 Females, 5 Males, 0 Female Fawns, 1 Male Fawns <br />■ TOTAL: 24 Does/Females, 13 Bucks/Males, 5 Female Fawns, 3 Male Fawns <br />■ 3 Wounded or unrecovered deer. <br />✓ 6 Geese Only Hunting Permits were issued. <br />✓ 1 Coyote Only Hunting Permit was issued. <br />✓ Several permits were denied due to distance restrictions <br />Hunting in Review: In 2015, the number of hunting permits increased by 14% from those in 2014. There <br />were two hundred and fifty eight (258) permits issued this year, at one hundred (108) locations. Some <br />hunters have multiple permits at multiple locations.
