Contracted Engineering and Administration will be required for this <br />project at an estimated cost of $255,000, also from the Park Trust Fund, and is not grant eligible. <br />Justification <br />The MRT in particular, due to its National and Regional scope, is an important economic development `tool' as it relates to the benefits of tourism <br />associated with non-resident cyclists.
