issues pertinent to the final plat, final site plan, and development agreement, which include but may not be <br />limited to, incomplete development requirements of Ramsey RTC, LLC, and the dedication of the public <br />right-of-way and easements for extension of utilities. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby affirms and grants an extension to July 14, 2010 for the <br />approved preliminary plat and site plan of Gables Terrace (formerly Ramsey Town Center 6th <br />Addition) to: <br />a) allow the Developer adequate time to resolve issues that affect the design of the final plat and <br />site plan; <br />b) request City action on the final plat submittal received on February 8, 2008 or a version thereof <br />that significantly complies with the approved preliminary plat. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Wise, and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor the <br />c, <br />Mayor Ramsey <br />Councilmember Look \)4"/ <br />Councilmember Wise • <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember McGlone <br />and the following voted agains e: <br />99C‘il <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 14`h <br />day of July, 2009. <br />RESOLUTION #09-07-146 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
