Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #08-06- <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR GABLES TERRACE <br />WHEREAS, D.R. Horton, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for <br />final plat approval of Gables Terrace on the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br />Outlot A, Ramsey Town Center 2" Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, on April 26, 2005, the City Council revel and approved the preliminary <br />plat and site plan of the Subject Property subject to cert,4401 conditions; aid <br />WHEREAS, on May 31, 2005, thetouri <br />Ramsey Town Center 6th Addition, subject c4„ <br />onditions; a <br />WHEREAS, on November <br />final plat until May 31, 2008; and <br />WHEREAS, o ► 4, 2007 the App j <br />preliminary plat and sit and <br />e City Coun <br />1 approved the& <br />t and site plan of <br />an extension to record the <br />ubmitted an application for revised <br />WHEREAS, on July 11, 2007 t t' n' ommission held a public hearing and <br />recommended approval of the reviseat and site plan; and <br />WHEREAS, on July 24, 2007,e City Council approved a revised preliminary plat and <br />site plan subject to certain conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, on February 8, 2008 the Applicant submitted an application for revised <br />final plat and site plan review of Ramsey Town Center 6`h Addition, now called Gables Terrace; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at the Applicant's request, the final plat and final site plan review before <br />the City Council was postponed until further notice; and <br />WHEREAS, on May 19, 2008, the Applicant requested that the final plat and final site <br />plan be submitted to City Council for review and approval. <br />
