<br />Councilmember Kuzma introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #16-04-061 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #16-00, DIVISION C <br /> <br />th <br />ANDRIE STREET AND 164 LANE RECONSTRUCTION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the Ramsey City Council on July 14, <br />2015, a Feasibility Report was prepared by the City Engineer with reference to proposed <br /> <br />thth <br />improvements to Andrie Street from Alpine Drive to 164Lane, and to 164 Lane from Andrie <br />Street to Jarvis Street, including the reconstruction of streets and curb and gutter, the construction <br />of storm sewer, and other appurtenant work as needed; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the Ramsey City Council on January <br />11, 2016, the Feasibility Report was received and preliminarily accepted, pending revisions to <br />include additional information related to an alternate 32 foot wide street design, and a Public <br />Hearing was ordered for January 26, 2016; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the Ramsey City Council on January <br />26, 2016, the revised Feasibility Report was accepted following a Public Hearing and the City of <br />Ramsey Engineering Department was authorized to prepare plans and specifications based on the <br />alternate 32 foot side street design. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby accepts the final plans and specifications prepared by <br />the City of Ramsey Engineering Department for the making of such improvements, and <br />authorizes the advertisement of bids for the same improvements. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />LeTourneau, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution #16-04-061 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />
