P & Z-2- <br />'5/7/79 <br /> <br />Critical Rivers - Downzoning:eon't <br /> <br />Mr. Babcock stated that he had met Mr. Marston for lunch and gave him this <br />information. <br /> <br />Mr. Babcock referred to Mr. Dewayne Bernard Jones as another party that down <br />zoning would have a disasterous effect on, and that he is not threatening <br />any lawsuits, but instead urging the Commission to examine this carefully. <br /> <br />Ken Peterson asked Lloyd Schnelle to see that Mr. Marston received the infor- <br />mation on the agreement on Riverside West. <br /> <br />A representative from Northern Oxygen explained that they were in an area in <br />Anoka where rezoning to residential caused expansion problems. <br /> <br />Mr. Hamilton, owner of property south of Hwy #10, stated that he was against <br />any downzoning even though;he does not have any imm~.diate plans for his property. <br /> <br />Ken Peterson asked Mr. Martin if he could live with the proposal regarding his <br />property, and Mr. Martin pointed out that due to a gravel pit there would be <br />some problems.
