March 6, 1979 <br /> <br />Re: Park dedication for Flintwood Hills Plat II <br /> <br />To whom it may concern: <br /> <br />As per attached copy~of 8/76 P & R minutes, the commission made a change <br />in their original reCo~endation for Flintwood I which most likely had <br />been stated in the previous months minutes (7/76), but however, are not <br />on file at City Halls though they are referred to as being approved at <br />the August meeting. <br /> <br />I personally, as a member of the P & R Commission at the time, remember <br />that the proposal ofigi~ving additional acreage, plus the land adjacent <br />to the old city hall for Flintwood I was supposed to satisfy the dedication <br />for Flintwood II when i-t was platted, however, in researching the Council, <br />P & Z plus Park minutes there is no mention of this agreement. <br /> <br />According to the attached calculations from Mr. Wirz, the ll acres of park <br />in Flintwood I plus the 1 acre next to city hall would be adequate to <br />meet the requirements of both plats~ <br /> <br />Kathy Schnei der <br /> <br /> <br />
