Minutes~July 21, 1976~ <br />were anproved as read. ~ . <br /> <br />High Point: There was discussion with the developer regar'ding <br />his decision to pay the park fee instead of offering acceptable <br />].and. Ken Peterson m~de a motion to recommend that we accept the <br />fee as determined according to the Ordiance. Seconded by Fred <br />R~tchie. Carried 3-1. <br /> <br />Tiger Plat: Ken Peterson made a motion that we recommend acceptance <br />of Lot 1, Block 5 with the lot line changed to make this a 2.8 acre <br />lot instead of the 2.8:acre parcel offered in Block 5. Seconded by <br />John Zobova. Carried 4-0. <br />tfecom,~endations for 1977 capital ~mprovements: <br /> <br /> Tennis facilities at Riverwood I P~rk site. <br /> Improvement of additional baseball diamond at Ramsey Elementary ~ <br /> Street and on site signs for Park identification. <br /> Land acquisition .of .up to 40 acres for park faci%ities in zone 14. <br /> Land scquisition of 4 acres for park facilities in zone 20. <br /> <br />Tim Paquette reported that he had received 6% of the questionaires <br />back from the residents and that he had started recording the replies. <br />~{e also re~orted that Ar'~ene had typed a draft of the comprehensive <br />plan as revised. A work session was scheduled for Saturday at 8:30 <br />A.M. at the City Hall to continue work on the plan. <br /> <br />Ken Peterson made a mo.[tion to adjourn. <br />Meeting 3djourned at 10;OO P.M. <br /> <br />Seconded by Fred Ritchie. <br /> <br /> <br />
