P&Z-3- <br />3/5/79 <br /> <br />Oakridge Con't. <br /> <br />2.) That an agreement be reached between developer, Engineer, and Council <br /> regarding responsibiliity of Llama & 161st Streets. P & Z previously <br /> recommended that 161st between ferrett & #83 be blacktopped to provide <br /> a continuous blacktop surface. <br />3.) That all other items recommended in the Engineer's report of 3/5/79 <br /> be completed prior to approval. <br /> Motion carried 4-0 A1 Sorteberg abstained <br />Also discussed was #3 and it was the consensus of the commission that further <br />subdivision of these mentioned lots would be impractical. <br /> <br />A1 Sorteberg left 11:25 <br /> <br />Pondvale <br />Mr. Dehmer was present with several sketch plans asking for input from the <br />commission regarding the layout of the streets. The plan calling for an <br />easement to the south was favored. Mr. Dehmer also pointed out the hard- <br />ship caused by park dedication. <br /> <br />Jack Menkveld <br /> <br />Mr. Menkveld <br />sketch plan. <br /> <br />asked the commission to just briefly look at a possible <br /> <br />Motion by Gerry Zimmerman, seconded by Ken Peterson to adjourn.
