P&Z-1- <br />3/5/79 <br /> <br /> Planning & Zoning <br /> City of Ramsey <br />County of Anoka <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Ramsey City Planning & Zoning <br />Commission held a Public Hearing on March 5, 1979 at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Chairman Ken Peterson called the Public Hearing to order at 7:30 p.m. with <br />the following in attendance: <br /> <br />Ken Peterson <br />Kathy Schneider <br />Art Dunn <br /> <br />A~. Sorteber§ <br /> <br />Also present: <br />Peter Raatikka, City Eng. <br />Lloyd Schnelle, City Ad~. <br /> <br />Chairman Ken Peterson explained that this was a hearing to discuss Flintwood <br />Hill Plat II, and asked Mr, Carson to explain the project to those p-F6~6n-~. <br /> <br />Mr. Stan Data, 5510 - 140th Lane N.W. asked Mr. Carson if he would be able <br />to develope without sewer & wa~er, and Mr. Carson explained that there <br />would be the same density as Flintwood I. <br /> <br />Art Dunn asked if the specific lots marked as either residential, multiple <br />residential, or commercial were going to be the actual ones developed? <br /> <br />Mr. Carson stated that the markings were only to indicate pattern of one <br />building site per three acres, and would not necessarily be the ones <br />veloped. Mr. Dunn also asked if Mr. Carson planned on holding any of the <br />commercial lots in reservelpending sewer & water. Mr. Carson stated that <br />it was nog his intentions to~pecifically reserve any lots. <br /> <br />Mr. Data asked what type of commercial would be put in. Mr. Carson stated <br />that he wasn't sure yet, probably light commercial. <br /> <br />Mrs. Data pointed out that there still was a drainage problem existing from <br />Flintwood I and wondered when this would be taken care of. Mr. Carson was <br />not available for comment, and the City Engineer explained that this problem <br />belonged to a previous plat, and that it would have to be taken care of. <br /> <br />Public Hearing closed 7:45 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Kathleen Schneider <br /> <br /> <br />
