Item ~ P~rk Fee. ~ A] Sortoberg explained Zkat he felt the park fee proceedure should be reex~mined since in some cases i% appears to be unfair. An examp]e is ~';here someone owning ~0 acres subdivides into two twenty acre ~aPcels 8nd ends up paying such ~ high fee that they are almost financing an en- tire mark. Also brought [up; was the high fees being '~aid on comme~-cial ~n~ indu~:trial property.
