An examp]e <br />is ~';here someone owning ~0 acres subdivides into two twenty acre ~aPcels <br />8nd ends up paying such ~ high fee that they are almost financing an en- <br />tire mark. Also brought [up; was the high fees being '~aid on comme~-cial <br />~n~ indu~:trial property.
