-3- <br />Planning & Zoning <br />Special Meeting <br />July 21, 1977 <br /> <br />Mr. Menkveld proposed to dedicate 120'for Industrial Boulevard through <br />his plat in lieu of park dedication. This condition applies to <br />his property on both sides of County Road 56. <br /> <br />Brad Bodle moved that we, after having reviewed the sketch, advise <br />Mr. Menkveld to proceed with preliminary plat. Seconded by Ken <br />Peterson and carried 4'to O. <br /> <br />Sketch Plan for Ri char~ L. Peterson <br /> <br />This proposed plat containing six lots with a total acreage of 9.4 <br />acres is contained within the old preliminary plat of Klemish <br />Addition. This also lies just north of proposed Klemish & Flores <br />Addition, and they share a common boundary which is 169th Lane NW. <br />Mr. Peterson would like to plat his property now and get 169th <br />Lane NW blacktopped. <br /> <br />Engineer's report w prepared on July 19, 1977 by Pete Raatikka <br /> as . <br />After reviewing this p)at Brad Bodle moved that Mr. Peterson proceed <br />with the preliniary plat of his property, seconded by Gerald <br />Zimmerman and carried 4 to O. <br /> <br />Interview applicants for Planning and Zoning position. <br /> <br />1) Tim Rootes, works for U.S. Army <br />2) John Boros, Real e~tate salesman <br />3) Art Dunn, Sanitarian for Anoka County ~ <br />4) Ben Deemer, House builder & appliance repairman <br />5) Kathy Schneider, Homemaker and member of Parks & Recreation <br /> Commission ~ the City of Ramsey. <br />6) Doris Irvine, Reall estate salesperson <br /> <br />Resume is on file for inspection at city hall. <br /> <br />Motion by Ken Peterson to recommend to the City Council that the <br />following four persons~ be considered for the two positions on the <br />Planning & Zoning Commission, Tim Rootes, Art Dunn, Kathy Schneider <br />and John Boros, second]ed by Brad Bodle.
