COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />7.01: Introduce Ordinance #16-05 Amending Chapter 3 and Repealing and Replacing <br />Section 3.40 Entitled "City Funds" <br />Finance Director Lund reviewed the staff report and recommendation to introduce Ordinance <br />#16-05 amending Chapter 3 and repealing and replacing Section 3.40 entitled "City Funds". <br />Mayor Strommen noted that the Council had several discussions on this matter through earlier <br />work sessions and believed that this item was in line with the direction of the Council <br />Motion by Councilmember Shryock, seconded by Councilmember Riley, to introduce Ordinance <br />#16-05 Amending Chapter 3 and Repealing and Replacing Section 3.40 Entitled "City Funds". <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Shryock, Riley, Johns, <br />Kuzma, and Williams. Voting No: None.
