Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #16-05-102 <br />RESOLUTION TO APPOINT AN ENVIROMENTAL POLICY BOARD MEMBER DUE <br />TO A RECENT RESIGANATION <br />WHEREAS, Environmental Policy Board member Mr. Larry Lewis will be moving out <br />of the state and as such submitted a letter of resignation to the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has ability to draw upon the recent recruitment file; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff recommends that Ms. Colleen Anderson be appointed to the <br />Environmental Policy Board for a term ending March 31, 2018. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />Motion to adopt resolution #16-05-102 appointing Ms. Colleen Anderson to a partial <br />term on the Environmental Policy Board ending March 31, 2018. <br />The motion for the adoption of the 'foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member, <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 24t1 day of May, 2016. <br />
