WHEREAS, on July 14, 2009, the City Council granted an extension to record the final <br />plat until July 14, 2010; and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat approved on June 24, 2008 was not recorded by the extension <br />date of July 14, 2010; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 23, 2016, the Applicant submitted an application for revised <br />preliminary plat and site plan for Ramsey Town Center 6th Addition, now called The Station; and <br />WHEREAS, on April 7, 2016, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and tabled <br />the revised preliminary plat for further information; and <br />WHEREAS, on May 5, 2016, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />proposed preliminary plat on the condition that the Applicant revise the preliminary plat so that <br />the density did not exceed fifteen units per acre. <br />WHEREAS, at the Applicant's decision, the preliminary plat and site plan was not revised <br />to meet the recommendation of the Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, on May 24, 2016, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat of the <br />Subject Property; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to The Station <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />a) Compliance with City Planning Staff Review Letter dated March 30, 2016 <br />b) Compliance with City Engineering Staff Review Letter dated March 31, 2016 <br />c) The Applicant entering into a Development Agreement with the City <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />RESOLUTION #2016-05-100 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
