In regards to the proposed expanded Motor Vehicle sales located at 7820 Riverdale NW I see no <br />issue with the expansion of their operation. However, due to the increased vehicles and traffic <br />located at this site it would be beneficial for connected neighborhood to have a fence installed <br />similar to that of Pleasure Land RV located in similar location. Fence installation would reduce <br />noise and insure that no property is misused. <br />Thank you, Dave <br />
