Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #16-05-086 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br />AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENTS FOR BIDS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #16-00 DIVISION A <br />CRACKSEAL AND SEALCOAT IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey adopted a budget for 2016 that included $500,000 for <br />cracksealing and sealcoating various public streets as part of the City's annual Street <br />Maintenance Program for 2016; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the purpose of <br />advertising for bids for the same improvements. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The City Council hereby approves final plans and specifications as prepared by the City <br />Engineer with reference to Improvement Project #16-00 Division A, Crackseal and <br />Sealcoat Improvements, and authorizes the advertisement of bids for the same <br />improvements. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 24th day of May, 2016. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #16-05-086 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
