Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #16-05-087 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />ADVERTISEMENTS FOR BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #16-36 <br />BUSINESS PARK 95 REGIONAL STORMWATER POND IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the City Council adopted January 11, 2016, a <br />Feasibility Report was prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the proposed Business <br />Park 95 Regional Stormwater Pond Improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, on February 16, 2016, the Ramsey Public Works Committee reviewed the <br />draft Feasibility Report and recommended City Council approval of the Report; and <br />WHEREAS, on February 23, 2016, the Ramsey City Council accepted the Feasibility <br />Report and ordered the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for the making of such <br />improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the purpose of <br />advertising for bids for the same improvements. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The City Council hereby approves final plans and specifications as prepared by the City <br />Engineer with reference to Improvement Project #16-36, Business Park 95 Regional <br />Stormwater Pond Improvements, and authorizes the advertisement of bids for the same <br />improvements. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
