Reasons:

P & Z
Page 2
1-3-77

Brad Bodle voted naye becauge it would leave the tract of land land-locked
and also because of such a ~long road easement.

Gerald Zimmerman voted nay~ because of the tract of land not having a 300 foot
frontage on public roadway !and the encumberance on the City to bring Bison Street
up to City standards.

A1Sorteberg Voted naye because the school bus would have to enter into too long a
driveway, which would probably have to be plowed by the City.

Ken Peterson voted naye because he thought it would cause future subdivision
problems.

Tom Gamec voted naye because the property does not face a dedicated street and is
against the subdivision ordinance. Also would cause problems with future subdivision
of adjacent property.

Variance request by Reinho!d Peltzer, 14430 Ramsey Boulevard

A1Sorteberg moved to recommend to the City Council to grant a variance to Reinhold
Peltzer to subdivide two acres with no intention to build a house.
