Donald Savetski, Box <br />Ordinance 75-5, Section 12.01 <br /> <br />.ome occupancy business, small engine repair at <br />MN. <br /> <br />Don Walker, City Administrator to issue the above <br />)air of small engines in his home, seconded by Ron <br /> <br />146, St. Michael, MN., request for variance to <br />to build on land that was conveyed in violation of <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />the Ordinance. This parcel iq 1.7 acres located near County Road 5 and County <br />Road 56. ~ <br /> <br />Motion by Ron West that the C~mmission recommend to the City Council that they <br />issue a variance to the aboveinamed party for a building permit, because it is an <br />isolated parcel and fronts on,Coluntyt Road 56 which is the only road in the <br />immediate area. Motion seconded by Gerald Zimmerman and Carried 6 to O. <br />Item 6. Tiger Construction, inc., 1931 Mail Street, proposed development near <br />Armstrong Ranch in the NW ¼ o~ SE ¼, Sec. 17, T32, R25, has proposed 25 residential <br />lots in a 40 acre parcel. Helwas told to see the Park & Recreation Commission on <br />dedication of park land or mohey donation. No action taken. <br />Item 7. Richard Povlitzki, 7~16 Arthur Street N.E., Fridley, MN., requests a <br />variance to build on land tha~ was conveyed in violation of Ordinance 75,5. <br />He owns 20 acres and wants to build on five acres, located in the N ½ of NW ¼ Sec. 5, <br />T32, R25. <br /> <br />Motion by Ron West, seconded Dy Brad Bodle to recommend to the City Council to grant <br />Mr. Povlitzki a variance to o)tain a building permit on the five acres because of <br />the large amount of land involved. Carried 6 to 0 <br /> <br />Item 8. Bart Dima§gio, 8780 ~81st Avenue N.W. Variance to build on ten acres of <br />land at 8780 181st Avenue N.WI. <br />Motion by Tom Gamec, secondediby Gerald Zimmerman to recommend to the City <br />C~I that Bart Dimaggio beigranted a variance for a building permit on the <br />above address because of the ~ar§e amount of land involved.
