~UBLIC HEARING <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />R~VERSIDE WEST PLAT - AL BULLICK <br />June 17, 1975 <br /> <br />The hearing was called ~o order at 6:30 p.m. by the Chairman, Mr. <br />Sorteberg. Present were Mr. Zimmerman, Mr. Gamec, Mr. Fossum, and <br />Mr. Pittmm~. Mr. Bodle and ~h~. Klohs were absent. Mr. Fricke was <br />also present~, <br /> <br />Mr. Fricke said this pl~.t should be considered as a sketch plan. <br />Mr. Fricke is interested in the zoning. Mrs. Oliphant feels the <br />city should pay for this hearing. Mr. Gamec moved that the city <br />pay for the notificatio~ of this public hearing due to the fact <br />that it is not required under our ordinance. Seconded by Mr. <br />Fossum. Motion car~ied~ <br /> <br />Mr. Fricke said this pl~.t is partially in r-1 zoning. Mr. Bullick <br />said he was agreeable t~ leaving this part in r-1. <br /> <br />Mr. Donald Hassler, 6660 Highway 10 N~W. was present. He lives on <br />the river in the area in this plat.
