<br />pINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICA TIO' <br /> <br />.........---- <br />TOWN OF RAMSEY <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />There will be a public hearing on Carter's Valley <br />Plat at the Ramsey Town Hall on September 3, 1974 at <br />7:00 p.m. Anyone interested in being heard regarding <br />this plat be present. The legal description is as tallows: <br />The Southeast quarter Of the Southeast quarter of <br />Section 2, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. Together with all that part of the North <br />half of the Northeast .Quarter of Section 11, said <br />Township and Range lying East of the centerline of <br />the public highway running from Anoka to St. <br />Francis (Minnesota Trunk Highway No. 47), <br />Together with Government Lot 1, Section 12, said <br />Township and Range except that part thereof <br />plaited as BROOK VIEW ESTATES, according to <br />the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds in and for said <br />Anoka County Minnesota. Clasen ~, being duly sworn, on oath says he is and during <br /> <br />all the times herein stated has been the editor ~ and printer of the news- <br /> <br />paper known as The Anoka County Union and has full knowledge of the facts herein <br />stated as follows: (1) Said newspaper is printed in the English language in news- <br />paper format and in column and sheet form equivalent in printed space to at least <br />900 square inches. (2) Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed at least once <br />each week. (3) Said newspaper has 50% of its news columns devoted to news of <br />local interest to the community which it purports to serve and does not wholly dupli- <br />cate any other publication and is not made up entirely of patents, plate matter and <br />advertisements. (4) Said newspaper is circulated in and near the municipality which <br />it purports to serve, has at least 500 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, <br />has an average of at least 75% of its total circulation currently paid or no more than <br />three months in arrears and has entry as second-class matter in its local post-office. <br />(5) Said newspaper purports to serve the City of Anoka in the County of Anoka and <br />it has its known office of issue in the City of Anoka in said county, established and <br />open during its regular business hours for the gathering of news, sale of advertise- <br />ments and sale of subscriptions and maintained by Arch G. Pease or persons in his <br />employ and subject to his direction and control during all such regular business hours <br />and at which said newspaper is printed. (6) Said newspaper files a copy of each <br />issue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said newspaper has com- <br />plied with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day or <br />dates of publication mentioned below. (8) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary <br />of State of Minnesota prior to January 1, 1966 and each January 1 thereafter an affi- <br />davit in the form prescribed by the Secretary of State and signed by Arch G.
