~INTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICA TIO' NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Town of Ramsey There will be a public hearing on rezoning the following property on Highway No. 47 at 151st Ave. N.W. in Ramsey Township from R-t to B.2. from residential to commerci~1 for a garden shop, at 7:00 p.m. on May 20, 1974 at the Ramsey Town Hall. That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32. Range 25 in Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the South line of said Southwest Quarter and the center line of State Trunk Highway No. 47 as it is now laid out and travelled; thence North 9 degrees 04 minutes 41 seconds West on said center line a distance of 495 feet to the point of beginning Of land to be described; thence North 7 degrees 59 minutes 10 seconds West on said center line a distance of 282. 37 feet; thence Northwesterly along 'said center line on a curve to the left having a radius of 1036.48 feet a distance of 320.44 feet; thence North 25 degrees 42 minutes West on said center line a distance ot 189.24 feet to a point which is 93 feet Southeasterly as measured along said center line, from the Northeasterly extension Of the South- easterly line of Block 3 in Gorham's Addition; thence South 64 degrees 18 minutes West on a line parallel to the Southeasterly line of said Block 3 a distance of 376.78 feet; thence Southwesterly on a curve to the left having a radius of 103.25 feet a distance of 113.96 feet; thence South t degree 03 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 345.42 feet; thence Southwesterly on a curve to the right . having a radius of 115.75 feet a distance of 121.49 feet; thence South 61 degrees 11 minutes 55 seconds West a distance of 53.09 feet; thence South 86 degrees 56 minutes 06 seconds East a distance of 516.99 feet; thence Easterly on a line parallel to the South line of said Southwest Quarter a distance of 208.40 feet to the pOint of beginning. Clasen ~ being duly sworn, on oath says he is and during all the times herein stated has been the editor ~~ of the news- paper known as The Anoka County Union and has full knowledge of the facts herein stated as follows: (1) Said newspaper is printed in the English language in news- paper format and in column and sheet form equivalent in printed space to at least 900 square inches. (2) Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed at least once each week. (3) Said newspaper has 50% of its news columns devoted to news of local interest to the community which it purports to serve and does not wholly dupli- cate any other publication and is not made up entirely of patents, plate matter and advertisements. (4) Said newspaper is circulated in and near the municipality which it purports to serve, has at least 500 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has an average of at least 75'70 of its total circulation currently paid or no more than three months in arrears and has entry as second-class matter in its local post-office. (5) Said newspaper purports to serve the City of Anoka in the County of Anoka and it has its known office of issue in the City of Amka in said county, established and open during its regular business hours for the gathering of news, sale of advertise- ments and sale of subscriptions and maintained by Arch G. Pease or persons in his employ and subject to his direction and control during all such regular business hours and at which said newspaper is printed. (6) Said newspaper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said newspaper has com- plied with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below. (8) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to January 1, 1966 and each January 1 thereafter an affi- davit in the form prescribed by the Secretary of State and signed by Arch G. Pease and sworn to before a notary public stating that the newspaper is a legal newspaper.
