Housing Pro,oer housing in the form of barn, coops or hutcl~es shall be provided any area where the livestock is permitted to roam. shall be adequately fenced to insure' the keeping el the livestock on the owner's premises. Wherever such area abuts upor~ a residential area on which dwellings are erected, there shall be a strip of land at least 30 feet wide between s~JCh abutting property Lnd the area on which the livestock is kept. 301.05. Licensing Procedure A license to keep I;vestock shall be 9ranted only upon application made to and filed with the City. The application for license shall be in writing si(_ n6'd by the applicant and tiled with the Clerk. It shall state the applicant's full name and address at~d contah a complete description of the livestock to be kept as to kind and numDer an(:: a descr~ptiop of the pre. m~ses sh:)wi¢,g the adjoining property, fence lines and housing facililies. Fees The annual ;~cense f~'~e ar~(l expiration date ~h~;l~ be as provided in Chapter 11 of this Code. 301.07. Inspection Any authorized officer of lhe City shall at a~ny r~:asonable time be permdted upon the premises where livestock is kept for the purpose of making inspection ~-s to compliance with this chapter.
