The north entrance is 475 feet from the corner -~rhere Nowthen Blvd. comes into Highway No. 47. This plat ha.~; 97 acres with 68 lots. He wants to take five acres alon?; Highwa.¥' N~,. 4.7 to build a store. The building would be 6Ox7~O. He will ne~d an engineer's report.
