The green areas were <br />discussed at length sad some changes made. Mr. Tooker brought the <br />tentative zoning map and conservation areas and commercial areas <br />were discussed. <br /> <br />Mr o Cox was present and entered into discussions on land with <br />which he was familia~. <br /> <br />It was decided ?4-_¢', D~ rkenwald from Elk River should be notified <br />that it would not be nocessarM for him to come to the next regular <br />Plan'n:i 8p, and Zoning r~eeting on March 5th because the new zoning <br />code take;; care ,~i' t?,e sign situation and no permission for signs <br />would be given until the new code is in effect. Also it seems <br />the State had writtez, t~s that as long as we did not have a sign <br />ordinance filed with tNem .last June and July that no signs would <br />be permitted on High~ay #10 at this time. <br /> <br />Mr. Ooodr:i.ch is to b,: ,~sked to be present at the public hearing <br />on March ;~2nd. <br /> <br />Hr. So~.teberg moved ,~c have a public hearing on the new zoning <br />code, here at the !['ow~ t!alt on March 22nd at 8:00 p.m. Seconded <br />by Mr,~ Springer..
