No corrections or additions being mad,q th~ minutes were accepted as read by unanimous vote. The minutes ,~f the Janu~ry 18th meeting with Mr. Tooker were read. No correctio~'~s or addit: or~.s being made the minutes were accepted as read by ur~.animous vote° Mrs~ Bertha ?fay Sm[th.~ _.660 Jaspar St. N.W., 421-3732 described three pieces of la~d which th~,T own: A is 3 acres, B is 1 3/4 acres, and D is 4-~ acre~!~. The !anal J s not registered but it has been platted for many yea:es and they would like a variance on this land. They have a buyer for the 3 ~,-c~e piece. Mr. Barstow recommended that a variance be .!~ranted. on ':2~ese three pieces of land. Seconded by Mr. Sorteberg.~ Motion c, arr: .e~i, Mro R. It was the opinion of the Planning and Zon',~ng Cormmission that this land could be sold. However, them reco~nmend~,~d that he take his papers to our attorney, Mr. Goodrich~ and then i~rSng Mr. Goodrich's opinion to the next Town Board. meetin~0 Mr. Fulton came to see ~s about lots #6 and #7 in Golden Eagle Es- tares. [ii!emS.,sh asked t,,, have a five acre area on 167th Ave. N.W. near Highway #~? zoned <:ore,merci'al for the purpose of building a small grocery store° He was ',old he would have to notify the surrounding property owners by regi~;t~red mail and bring the legal description to the oft'ice so it cou!d be published in the paper. This hearing will also be held on Mai:~ch 15th. Mr. Reimann ~ead the pa:~e~? explaining the program Hue and Cry. Mr. Sorteberg moved we ackn~>w]edge our approval and cooperation on this program.
