<br />Councilmember Johns introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #16-05-103 <br /> <br />th <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF BROOKFIELD 7 ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> Capstone Homes, Inc. properly applied for preliminary plat approval of the <br />following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />TH <br /> Outlot A, BROOKFIELD 6 ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> on October 3, 2013, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />regarding the preliminary plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the preliminary plat on <br />October 10, 2013, and recommended that park dedication be satisfied with a cash payment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on October 22, 2013, the City Council approved the preliminary plat with <br />conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />on March 23, 2015, the City of Ramsey received an application and final plat plans <br />for Brookfield 6th Addition from Capstone Homes; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the Brookfield 7 Addition was a continuation of the Brookfield Addition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on April 25, 2016, Ramsey Landholdings, LLC, hereafter referred to as <br />th <br />“Developer”, submitted an application for final plat of Brookfield 7 Addition, which includes twenty- <br />seven (27) buildable lots, all of which were a part of the preliminary plat; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br />, the Brookfield 7 Addition is a continuation of the Brookfield Addition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on May 24, 2016, the City Council reviewed the final plat. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />th <br /> <br />1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Brookfield 7 Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> <br />a)Compliance with City Staff Review File dated May 18, 2016. <br /> <br />b)The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br /> <br />c)City Staff and the Developer work toward an acceptable level of density transitioning. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
