Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #16-06-109 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR KNOLL PROPERTIES <br />WHEREAS, Knoll Properties, hereinafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied to <br />the City of Ramsey (the "City") for approval of a final plat of the following described property <br />located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlot A and Lot 1, Block 1, A.E.C. Energy Park Fourth Addition, Anoka County <br />Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, on May 5, 2016, the City received an application from Knoll Properties <br />LLC for Sketch Plan and Final Plat review for Knoll Properties; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 14, 2016, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat for Knoll <br />Properties. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby grants final plat approval to KNOLL <br />PROPERTIES in accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon compliance with <br />the Staff Review Letter dated June 10, 2016 and upon Developer paying applicable <br />development fees to the City of Ramsey. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council the <br />14th day of June, 2016. <br />Mayor <br />
