Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #16-06-117 <br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING PROPOSED AEON HOUSING PROJECT IS IN <br />ALIGNMENT WITH THE COR DEVELOPMENT PLAN. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has established a development plan for the area <br />surrounding the Northstar Commuter Rail — Ramsey Station; and <br />WHEREAS, AEON PORTFOLIO II, LLC is proposing a high -density residential project <br />in the development plan area; and <br />WHEREAS, the project is located within the COR 4c Sub -District. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby confirms that the proposed Aeon project <br />generally appears to be in alignment with the Development Plan for The COR, subject <br />to final site plan review and confirmation of compliance with Zoning Code as <br />required by the City. <br />2) That this resolution shall not be considered official regulatory approval of the Aeon <br />project. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the l4th day of June, 2016. <br />
