Notification: <br />The draft document of the 2016-2020 has gone through several revisions with City Council at various worksessions. <br />Priority codes and descriptions have been added that hi -light those projects of the highest priority - those projects <br />that were previously committed (road reconstructions) or replacements (capital equipment replacements) to <br />opportunity driven (Highway 10 improvements)/placeholder projects (Community Center) that are included in the <br />CIP until funding either becomes available or designated as a placeholder as a possible future year undertaking. <br />The request for the public hearing was adopted at the regular City Council meeting of May 24, 2016 and the notice <br />was posted in the Union. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Options: <br />1. Adopt Plan as outlined noting that this is a planning tool only and not the authorization of any one project listed. <br />2. Take no Action at this time for further review of each project.
