MEMBER / STAFF UPDATE <br />The EDA reviewed the Staff Update. <br />5.01: Business Retention and Expansion <br />Econ. Dev. Mgr/Assistant City Administrator Brama reviewed the Business Retention and <br />Expansion program. <br />Chairperson Steffen asked if they ever discussed using Sales Force or some system to keep track <br />of these. <br />Economic Dev. Mgr/Assistant City Administrator Brama stated they are using the Sales Force <br />system. <br />Member Skaff stated he would go to the June 22nd meeting to help staff out if Economic Dev. <br />Mgr/Assistant City Administrator Brama would like. <br />Chairperson Steffen stated he would try to go to one or two as well. He suggested other <br />members try to go as well. <br />5.02: Update on Upcoming 2016 EDA Events <br />Public Information and Event Specialist Wenberg updated the EDA on upcoming 2016 EDA <br />events. <br />5.03 Staff Updates <br />City Administrator Ulrich updated the Board on City Council approvals and a few development <br />activities in the City. <br />Community Development Director Gladhill updated the Board on development activities in the <br />City. <br />Econ.
